A strong, consistent social media presence can be a powerful asset for boosting business visibility and attracting new patients. However, the online dental marketing landscape is crowded and competitive, with numerous practices vying for attention. For many clinicians, time constraints make creating posts that effectively drive ROI challenging.

There are great road and rail links and with more workers now back on the commuter trail, they have seen an increase in patient enquiries.
Practice type: This is a well-established two-surgery practice which is predominantly NHS with a UDA rate in excess of £36 per UDA. It has been established for over 30 years and under present ownership for over 20 of these. The current principal is looking to retire and would be happy to stay on for at least a year post completion.
Practice financials: The gross fee income from management information for the past 12 months is in the region of £300,000 per annum and the income has been generated by the principal working full time, supported by a full time nurse and full time receptionist.

Agent's comments: This practice has operated within the desire of the current principal which was to not expand or offer any significant private options. With the recent redevelopment of the area the practice has become very desirable which was reflected in the value achieved. One surgery has been mainly dormant and the opportunity to develop the private element of the practice is huge.
