We will only market a dental practice for sale that has been valued by us as we need to be confident that the asking price is both realistic and achievable.

All practices sold through us are launched to the open market (unless we are specifically requested not to) and not to just a select few buyers.

We communicate with potential buyers – who we have comprehensively profiled – solely by email. In this way the communication process is kept streamlined and confidential.

Dentists looking to buy a practice, register with us as a member and we various different membership levels depending on their buying needs and timeframe.

Once a prospective buyer has received anonymous information about a practice and expressed an interest in learning more, we will arrange a viewing. We follow up all viewing appointments as they can provide valuable feedback and will always share this with you.

The next step is to encourage an offer and we present all offers to you, the seller, as the final decision is ultimately yours. While we provide guidance on what we believe to be the best offer, it may not always be the highest.  However, the final decision rests with you.

We also advise on the various steps once the sale is in progress.  We remain active and available throughout the sales process, from solicitors being appointed, to dealing with the CQC, providing regular updates and resolving issues if they arise on the path to completion.  We handle all negotiations and are happy to provide advice and guidance every step of the way.
